Kamsie Plus Terms

Status: dormant. Kamsie Plus is not yet available for purchase. Nothing in the Kamsie app charges you today, and any "Plus" display in the app during testing is illustrative only. These terms will govern Plus from the day it can actually be bought, and will be presented again at purchase.

1. What Plus is

Kamsie Plus is an optional paid tier that adds craft and keepsake features to a free service that remains complete without it:

• Aura craft — deeper palettes, textures, and finishes for your Aura.
• Circle Rooms — private Resonance rooms for your Circle.
• Keepsake presentation — Lock frames and your Annual Film.
• Early access to new features, as offered.

Indicative pricing at drafting (final pricing will be shown in the store before purchase): approximately US$6/month or US$40/year, and a one-time Founder pass of US$99.

2. What Plus will never be

The following are never for sale on Kamsie, at any price, to anyone. This list is a commitment in these terms, not a promotion:

• Extra Keeps, or any way around one Keep per day
• Longer Drops, or any way around 60 seconds / 60 minutes
• Reach, visibility, or placement on Pulse
• Faster Resonating, or any way around real live time together
• Access to messages before 30 live minutes together
• User data — yours or anyone's
• Advertising

3. Billing

• Purchases will be made through Google Play or the Apple App Store and billed by the store under the store's terms. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep Plus until then.
• Price changes will be announced in advance through the store and in the app, and will not apply mid-period.
• The Founder pass is a one-time purchase tied to your Kamsie account. It is not transferable and has no cash value.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled under the policies of the store you purchased from (Google Play or the Apple App Store). If a store refund is issued for a subscription period, Plus features for that period end. Where the law gives you a stronger right, the law wins.

5. Losing Plus

• If your account is terminated for violating the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, Plus ends with the account and no refund is due for the remaining period (subject to applicable law and store policy).
• If we discontinue Plus entirely, we will give reasonable notice, stop renewals, and explain what happens to Founder passes at that time.

6. Everything else

These Plus Terms supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which also apply. In a conflict between these terms and the Terms of Service about Plus specifically, these terms govern.
