Kamsie Community Guidelines & Safety

Draft — effective on launch Last updated: October 15, 2026

Kamsie is live, in person, and adults-only. These Guidelines are part of the Terms of Service. They apply to Drops, live rooms, live watching, messages, waves, handles, display names, and everything else you do on Kamsie. The one-sentence version: behave the way you would if the person were standing in front of you — because on Kamsie, they nearly are.

1. Sexual content and nudity

2. Harassment and hate

3. Violence, danger, and self-harm

4. Honesty and identity

5. Illegal and regulated behaviour

6. Spam and manipulation

7. Meeting in person

Kamsie Lock and the Evening Gathering are built for real-world meeting. When you meet someone from Kamsie: meet in public, tell a friend where you'll be, keep your phone with you, and leave whenever you want — leaving is always allowed, always free, and never rude here. Kamsie does not run background checks and cannot vouch for anyone.

8. Enforcement

We enforce on a ladder, weighted by severity and history:

  1. Removal — the Drop, room, message, or content ends.
  2. Feature restriction — temporary loss of Drops, rooms, waves, or messages.
  3. Suspension — time away from the Service.
  4. Permanent ban — account termination, including for ban evasion by new accounts.

Some violations skip the ladder: child-safety violations, non-consensual intimate imagery, credible threats, and dangerous illegal conduct result in immediate permanent bans and, where required or appropriate, reports to authorities. Because Drops expire in 60 minutes and rooms are live, enforcement may sometimes happen after the moment has ended — the record of it has not.

Reports are reviewed by a combination of automated systems and humans. Reporting in bad faith to harass someone is itself a violation.

9. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action against your account was a mistake, email appeals@kamsie.app [placeholder — confirm mailbox] or use the in-app appeal path where offered, within 30 days. Appeals are reviewed by a human who was not the original decision-maker where practical. Child-safety bans are not appealable on the merits; accuracy appeals (for example, mistaken identity) are always heard.

10. A note on the ephemeral

"Gone in 60 minutes" describes your Drops, not your responsibilities. What you do live is still real — to the people who saw it, and under these Guidelines.
